The magnefect LT from nanoTherics is an entry level, cost-effective, easy-to-handle, fast and efficient cell transfection device.

The magnefect-LT system comes:
- Pre-optimised for a range of cell types.
- Available in a choice of magnet array configurations (6-well, 24-well OR 96- well plate).
- With simple, one button operation. Simply select the time and start (pre-set frequency of 2Hz).
The magnefect-LT system comes in two parts:
- The magnefect-LT magnet array sample holder comes in a 6-well, 24-well OR 96-well format on which standard multi-well plates can used. The sample holder may be placed in a cell incubator during transfection to maintain the normal cell culture environment.
- The magnefect-LT controller unit supplies power to the magnet array sample holder to oscillate the magnet array at a fixed frequency of 2Hz and fixed displacement of 0.2mm as well as providing capability to define oscillating time. The magnefect-LT controller unit can also be used to provide power to a magnefect-LT-DUO sample holder.
