What are the limitations for the temperature of the cooling water?
It is strongly advised to maintain the circulating water less than 19′ C to 23′ C to avoid non-specific heating of the sample. Additionally if the cooling water temperature is more than room temperature the calculations will not be precise . The cooling water runs through the coil to eliminate non-specific heating and it is also advised not to run the water cooling system with high pressure water input (flow rate of about 320 ml per minute is recommended).
